Return/ EXCHANGE Policy
If received goods does not fit, bad quality or you are not happy with your purchase, you have rights to send the item back within 14 days after delivery.
After the return/exchange letter and return of the goods, we will promptly, but not later than in thirty (30) days, refund to your bank account the amount of money paid for the goods.
In case of a change - return/exchange letter and return of the goods, we will promptly, but not later than in thirty (30) days, will send to you the exchanged good (good, to which you want to exchange the returned good).
- The item must be in original or other suitable shipping package;
- Goods must be undamaged by the customer;
- Goods should retain its original form, be unused, (labels intact, with a protective film, etc.) (This item will not be processed into consideration when returning defective goods);
- The returned goods must be in their original packaging;
- Must be submitted documents of purchase (invoice), warranty card (if such has been issued) and fill in the form for return shipments. All documents, please, put in the package with the goods.
- All costs associated with the transportation/return or exchange of goods must be covered by the customer. The rule is not related to defective goods. In this case, please, send the copy of the receipt or invoice to the email address email@example.com and contact us.
